COSTS AND EXTRA EXPENSES
All the prices indicated include VAT (Value Added Tax).
For all the national orders of less than 250.00 Euros the delivery costs are 7.75 Euros. For the orders of more than 250.00 Euros the delivery is free all over Italy.

ISSUE OF RECEIPT OR INVOICE
At the time of buying the customer can decide whether to get the receipt or the invoice. If he chooses the invoice he can also indicate invoice data different from those of the delivery. Both in the case of emission of receipt or invoice the data will be sealed in an envelope and sent with the goods in the space reserved for the transport documents.
DISPATCH TIME AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
The dispatching of goods from our centre will be executed the same day of receipt of the order or the following day. Sometimes finding some articles can cause a day's delay of delivery. Once the goods are sent the delivery will be executed within 48/72 hours all over Italy by express courier TNT Traco or Bartolini Spa.

RETURN OF GOODS
Bicycleshopping.net recognizes the right to return the goods within ten days, as stated by law. Within ten days the customer will have to send a written communication signed and sent by registered mail to the following address: All'attenzione del Reparto Internet c/o Marco's Bike, via alle fabbriche 3, 28922 Verbania (VB). In the letter must be indicated the current account number and the bank where the client wants to be credited the sum payed for the goods he sent back. This letter can be sent by fax to the number +39 0323 519581.
Together with the letter the client must send the goods by express courier (TNT Traco etc.) packed suitably to guarantee its safe-keeping during transport and the receipt or the invoice. The letter and the goods must be sent back within ten days of their receipt to the same address indicated above. Within twenty days of their receipt Bicycleshopping will credit the exact amount that the client has payed in the current account he indicated. The delivery costs and the registered mail are to be payed by the client.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
In case of payment by credit card the amount due will be debited only after the delivery of the goods. All the payment transactions will be carried out directly by the protected server of the bank to guarantee the maximum security of your data. As far as payment is concerned the courier that delivers the goods can only collect cash or a cheque written out to Marco's Bike.
In case of payment by no-interest loan, the goods will be sent after the acceptance by CONSEL.
